Home sweet home...
How i miss Amma's "Kathathae dee", Appa's "Anuuuuuu! Phone kezhavai" and Tommy's "Lick lick" :)
Kaja kaja nu market satham, epo paru kekkara train satham, thoonga vidatha kosu tholla, kovil mani, oyatha cell phone satham, friends oda aratai, appa kaila pesinju thara "parupu podi vathal vadam", elathukum mela Doordharshan, ithu elam nan US vantha apram miss panna few of the many things!
Someone once rightly said "People tend to overlook the beauty of things at hand and they will realise their lose only after they part with it". And so is my story. Anga irukum pothu nan adina attam konjamaaaa ena! Inga vanthu elamae mari pochu. Epomae pesa friends, saptiya nu kekka relatives, thitti thitti konja appa amma nu irunthutu, i found it real hard after i came here cuz i had nothing to replace what i left back home.
USA taught me many a lessons and most of them taught me good values from bad experiences.
I was raised in a protective manner and what a blunder it was! I realised my incapability of being independent, shrewd and balanced. I lost too many things and the worst lose was my self-confidence. I would probably rate the first few months of my life here as the worst period of my life. Change is the constant thing in this world and every change that occured in my life brought me more ill luck and misery ranging from losing of friends to losing my job after accident!
But the things that have kept me going are my parent's love and well wisher's prayers. I wont say my life is horrible now. Its much better and saner than before. Thanks to a few friends like Ashwin, Sushmitha, Chaithu, Gaj, Shanker, Sudha, Arun and Manoj and other friends and cousins back home! I have always been a fighter and consequently a winner. I am sure i will definitely win this time too and live upto my parent's expectations.
Additional boost in confidence: I AM GOING TO INDIA. FOR A GOOD WHOLE MONTH! :)
Vera ena venum??? Sema koothu adika poren. I am going to enjoy like i have never enjoyed before cuz i know i will have to come back here. Who knows whats in store for me!
